i’ve always scoffed at those “oh my god europe is tiny”-posts but we just took the wrong exit driving back to our cabin and we literally ended up in norway and decided to just stay for dinner so yeah
this just happened AGAIN jesus fucking christ there isn’t even a sign that says welcome to fucking norway you’re just there all of a sudden
I could miss an exit and still stay in my state for another 8 hours.
The best thing 2016 has taught me is don’t force any type of relationships with anyone, if they wanna fuck with you they’re gonna act like it, words mean nothing.
-write down your reason (why you want to do well in school) and look at it whenever you start to lose motivation
-write down the name of each class you are taking (leaving space underneath each class) and underneath, write all the assignments that you know will be due in the next few weeks
-use a highlighter to outline a box around the ones that need to be completed urgently
-give yourself small rewards for completing them (ex: if I finish these 3 assignments today, I will watch a new episode of one of my favorite shows tonight)
-once you have completed an assignment, highlight it to show yourself you’ve completed it
-once you have done everything that’s due, start working ahead
-highlighting all the assignments you’ve done instead of crossing them out will make you feel a little better while looking at your list because you can still see all of the work you’ve done
-if you want to stay motivated for school, don’t overwork yourself because you can become stressed out and lose motivation this way.
-relax and have confidence in yourself.
Remember your reasons why you want to do well in school. Remember your goals
-remember, you are not your grades, but also remember to always try your best in whatever you do and remember you are capable of anything you set your mind to
